Today’s Inspiration: Jim Carrey

In this four-minute video, Jim Carrey talks about our intention, he says: “Our intention is everything. Nothing happens on this planet without it. Not one single thing has ever been accomplished without intention.” He goes on to talk about the role of spirituality and “intention” in his life.

“I absolutely love this quote of him after the question ‘Are you a Buddhist?’ “Jesus. I’m a Buddhist, I’m a Muslim, I’m a Christian. I’m whatever you want me to be,” says Carrey. “It all comes down to the same thing. … You are either in a loving place, or you are in an unloving place. If you are with me right now, you cannot be unhappy. It’s not possible, just try.”

Thanks for posting this video. I love it when he says ‘spirituality is about relieving suffering’ There are soooo many people on this planet aligned with that. Very cool.

Nice video. I love Jim Carrey. You might like to check out Dr. Wayne Dyer. He shows up on PBS a lot. He goes even deeper into the whole “intention” thing.
